The PTFE packing is woven from pure polytetrafluoroethylene fibers and is not treated with PTFE emulsion and grease. Because it is made of solid woven and flexible and adjustable, it can be well matched with the shaft and stuffing box with excellent corrosion resistance, good self-lubricating and anti-adhesive properties. It can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper, chemical fiber, fine chemical and other operations that do not allow pollution. It is suitable for all chemical media except soluble alkali metal and free fluoride ion.


The PTFE braided (impregnated) packing is made of F4 raw material belt by braiding (impregnation). It has good chemical stability, good self-lubricating performance, constant strength in high temperature and humid environment, easy to load and dismantle. .

Since both graphite and PTFE have good self-lubricating properties, the friction coefficient of the product is extremely low, and the replacement of the sleeve is greatly reduced. Since the graphite has excellent heat conduction, the service life of the filler is prolonged, and the reduction is not suitable for almost The hand is also resistant to chemical media applications. It is widely used in the sealing of pumps, valves and flanges of industrial equipment such as chemical, electric power, papermaking, printing and dyeing.
